Donnelle Taylor called me herself last year and told me if I filled the claim for my basement flooding I would be at risk of being dropped by State Farm and would not be picked up by someone else. I dropped the claim and was left to lose thousands of dollars and repair my home on my own. I asked multiple times for my deductible to be changed. A tree falls on my home and the deductible remains the higher amount against my many requests. To my surprise even after dropping the insurance claim Donnelle dropped my coverage without notice come renewal.Worst experience ever to pay someone to protect and insurance your home , family , assets to only be threatened , lied to , manipulated and completely left hanging. Do not recommend."

"Absolutely horrible office/customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called about a new auto/home policy, as a vet I usually use USAA but decided to shop around. The rep was seemingly ignorant about many of the questions I had and constantly had to ask her coworkers for the answers and her overall tone and demeanor was less than professional to say the least. Maybe the other reps are knowledgeable about their jobs but Sandy’s knowledge and customer service skills need work. Needless to say they didn’t get my business."
